Queen Victoria statue
Location: Foot of Leith Walk, Edinburgh
OS Ref: NT 269 759
This statue has stood at the Foot of the Walk since 1907. It is by John S Rhind.
There are two plaques on the side of the plinth. One records the visit of Queen Victoria to Leith and the other commemorates the Leith Volunteers who fought in the Second Boer War
Some detail from her clothes
