This could be the 1860 Volunteer Review in Holyrood Park?

There is a deer hunting scene running around the top of the pedestal. The figures look they are dressed in medieval clothes

At each corner there is a stag rampant with a shield. Here are a couple of photographs.

There is a lot more detail on this statue which needs to be captured.
