Lochmaben War Memorial, Dumfries and Galloway
Location: At South end of village at junction of Lockerbie Road (A709) and Annan Road
OS Ref: NY 083 822
Sculptor

A very youthful King's Own Scottish Borderer as a statue on this small memorial. N
ote he also has a stand collar rather than a stand and fall collar of the 1902 pattern tunic which perhaps suggests the sculptor was older at the time and not familiar with the tunics of the First World War?
